Klüber Lubrication Inert High Vacuum Grease

Klüber Lubrication Inert High Vacuum Greases

Klüber Lubrication® PFPE high vacuum greases are high performance greases designed to be compatible with corrosive and oxidizing substances. The greases are homogenous, white, thick, and resistant to oxidation. They are also compatible with all types of materials (glass, metals, elastomers, plastics, ceramics), and can be used in the presence of water, oils, vapor, and organic substances and solvents that are not highly fluorinated.

Klüberalfa GR Y VAC 3

Klüberalfa® GR Y VAC 3 (formerly Fomblin® Y VAC 3) is a white homogenous grease suitable for lubricating mechanical parts operating at high vacuum and in contact with aggressive chemicals or oxygen. It can also handle applications that necessitate extreme pressure and high thermo-mechanical stress. Y VAC 3 can be used to long periods of time and at very high operating temperatures from -20 to 200°C. Based on perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener, it is widely used in the manufacturing, aeronautical, and electromechanical industries.

Klübertemp GR OT 20

Klübertemp® GR OT 20 (formerly Fomblin® OT 20) is a homogenous white grease suitable for lubricating mechanical parts subjected to low loads at low operating temperatures and high thermal ranges (from -70 to 100°C). Applications include lubricating roller bearings of conveyor belts or suspended conveyor belts used in cold storage environments.

Klübertemp GR UT 18

Klübertemp® UT 18 (formerly Fomblin® UT 18) is a homogenous white grease suitable for lubricating mechanical parts used in a wide temperature range from -30 to 150°C, with a maximum operating temperature of 200°C. Applications include lubricating optical and micromechanical equipment, as well as mechanical parts subject to medium loads, where resistance to temperature and air degradation are needed.

Klübertemp RT 15

Klübertemp® RT 15 (formerly Fomblin® RT 15) is a homogenous white grease suitable for lubricating mechanical parts with extreme pressure requirements, at an operating temperature range of -20 to 200°C. Its properties make it appropriate for “lubricating for life” applications.

Klübertemp GR AR 555

Klübertemp® GR AR 555 (formerly Fomblin® AR 555) is a homogenous white grease suitable with anti-rust properties for lubricating mechanical parts subjected to medium loads, where standard mineral and synthetic lubricants are not resistant to temperature and air degradation. It has a wide operating temperature range, from -20 to 250°C, with a peak temperature of up to 270°C. Klübertemp® GR AR 555 is also used in lubricating special optical and micromechanical equipment.
